Cancellation Policy
Thank you for visiting the Bunny Burrows at Fairytale Farm! These cozy spaces are designed to create calm, gentle interactions between rabbits and humans alike. To help keep our rabbits safe, comfortable, and happy during your visit, we ask that all guests follow these guidelines: • Visits are available by reservation and subject to availability. Walk-ins are welcome, but may need to wait for the next available burrow session. • Bunny Burrow sessions are approximately 45 minutes and begin promptly at the scheduled time to allow rabbits appropriate rest between visits. • Burrows are intentionally small, cozy spaces designed for floor-level interaction with free-roaming rabbits. Chair seating and other accessibility accommodations are available upon request at no additional cost. • Rabbits always choose the level of interaction. Some may approach immediately, while others may prefer space and quiet observation. • For the safety and comfort of the rabbits: Rabbits may not be picked up Rabbits may not be chased, cornered, startled, or forced into interaction Guests should remain seated while rabbits are exploring the burrow Quiet voices and gentle movements help create a calm environment for everyone • All instructions from Fairytale Farm staff and volunteers must be followed at all times. • Visits may be paused or ended if staff feel the safety, comfort, or wellbeing of the animals or guests is at risk.
