Service Description
Bring your bunny in for a little routine TLC! Each Bunny Spa Day appointment includes a nail trim, light brush-out as needed, and a quick check of your rabbit’s weight, ears, eyes, skin and overall condition. Appointments are reserved in advance so we can keep wait times short and give each bunny calm, individual attention. Walk-ins may be accepted if time allows. Have more than one bunny or need extra grooming help? Choose the appropriate option under "add ons" for a reduced rate for additional bunnies.
Cancellation Policy
For everyone’s safety and comfort, all rabbits must remain securely inside a carrier while in the waiting area and until a team member is ready for them. Please do not bring your rabbit to the clinic if they are showing signs of illness or contagious conditions, including respiratory symptoms, diarrhea, fleas, mites, or other parasites. If we notice symptoms that could pose a risk to other rabbits, we may need to decline or reschedule the appointment. We take every reasonable precaution to make grooming as calm, gentle, and safe as possible. However, rabbits can be sensitive to handling and grooming may cause stress. Nail trims and grooming also carry some inherent risk, including minor cuts, skin irritation, or injury, particularly in rabbits who are anxious, struggling, matted, elderly, or have an underlying health condition. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge these risks and authorize Fairytale Farm Rescue & Sanctuary and its team to provide the grooming services you have selected. You agree that Fairytale Farm Rescue & Sanctuary, its staff, and volunteers will not be held responsible for injury, illness, stress-related complications, or other adverse outcomes that may occur despite reasonable care. Grooming and our complimentary wellness observations are not a substitute for veterinary care. We may recommend that you contact your rabbit knowledgable veterinarian if we notice something concerning, and we reserve the right to stop a grooming session if we believe continuing would be unsafe or overly stressful for your rabbit.
