Cancellation Policy
Every person on property must have a completed Volunteer Application & Liability Waiver on file. No animals may be fed any food or treats unless instructed and provided by volunteer supervisors. Any injuries, safety hazards or concerns must be reported immediately. No one under 18 is allowed inside the fenced animal areas unless approved and accompanied by a volunteer supervisor. The safety and comfort of the animals in our care is our highest priority. All instructions provided by staff and volunteers must be followed. No animals may be picked up at any time. No animals may be chased, cornered, startled or forced to participate in any activity. The full volunteer policy and liability waiver applies at all times. Session may be terminated without warning if any of the above rules are not followed or if staff or volunteers feel the safety and comfort of our animals are at risk at any time.
