Cancellation Policy

Each visit must be booked through our website and is subject to availability. Walk ins are welcome, but must wait until next available time slot to begin visit. Each visit is limited to 30 minutes for the comfort and enjoyment of the rabbits. The safety and comfort of the animals in our care is our highest priority. All instructions provided by staff and volunteers must be followed. No animals may be picked up at any time. No animals may be chased, cornered, startled or forced to participate in any activity. Noise and movement should be kept to a minimum to avoid startling the animals. Visit may be terminated without warning if any of the above rules are not followed or if staff or volunteers feel the safety and comfort of our animals are at risk at any time.
